Ahi Nachos on Good Day Sacramento

Sometimes my job means I get to go in studio and have some fun behind the scenes. Today was no exception. I headed to West Sacramento and the Good Day Sacramento studio to hang out with Chef Mike Collins from The Meritage Resort and Spa. Chef Mike showed Tina Machua how to cook Ahi Nachos (available at Crush Ultra Lounge) and showed off some other delectable treats including real fruit smoothies and parfaits available from Siena and Blend Cafe, all with ingredients to help people "eat to relieve stress."
